Tatsuoru. PARTY PARTY PARTY

now yes *rubs hands* MUCC *evil giggle* I GOT TO MEET THEM! and Tatsuoru is so weird... in a good way!! weird like alot of people are slightly noticable becuse of a unique trait, i suppose. They were brilliant live and they are really genuine people too, I want to meet them again soon, I have an unfinnished argument with that damn vocalist.

And yeah, heh, i met them all cos they were all just hanging out in the venue, Glasgow is unique in that sometimes, the bands don't have to hide out cos everyone's too busy going crazy to care (appart from me who took a complete spaz when i was intorduced to Satochi all of a sudden) The shock didn't last too long though ha ha and soon i was like 'tatsu, where'd ya get your jacket man?' ha ha

They Played five or six songs, inclusing FUZZ, LIBRA and Ageha and they were phenomenal, considering how few fans were there. There was a wonderful responce by people who didn't know the band. I met a friend who had gone there just to check them out and i was like 'what did you think?' and he was like 'can I borrow your entire CD collection, please?' I was so happy when I heard that!


Guitarist Miya, a bit of a constant companion for me, he was right infront of me the whole time.

The other performances were really good too, there was a good party atmosphere, the tour is coming to an end and it was a big venue for them and the audience were 100% accepting, no one catcalled and as far as I could tell, everyone gave them a chance (although Mhairi, for one, didn't like MUCC). I liked Yashin, MUCC and Atreyu and Story of the Year put on a good show but I didn't much rate HORSE the band or As I Lay Dying although I wasn't going to stop rocking out just cos of that no no no!!

So it was great to get to see such a talented and experience band play live and meet them too as they are very enthusiastic, proffessional and just goddamn nice. YUKKE and Satochi are so friendly and funny and Tatsuoru might look like a pure celebrity figure the whole time but he's really awesome too, wandering around in his fluffy jacket. I'm sorry they're leaving the UK tomorrow but I'm really happy to have met such great musicians and I hope I will again soon.
